Thats our motor, thats is why we work hardly to satisfy out costumers and bring the best products and quality everyday. It's our aim to meet the demands of any occasion, with the end goal of making our customers and their recipients happy. 

Substitution Policy

It may be possible that the products (flower and vase) that are displayed on the website may not be present actually due to non-availability of some seasonal flowers or some local restrictions. However, we guarantee the number of flowers to be equal to what is stated on the site. We also guarantee that the quality of the replaced flowers/vase will be same or superior to what is displayed on the website.

Local Delivery policy

We offer deliveries from 9 am to 8 pm. Our products are available for same day delivery. For same day delivery your order must be placed before 3:00pm. During the checkout process, customer will select a.m or p.m. option Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM option confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.


Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the arrangement in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. We do leave a message with recipient to make them aware.


Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.


Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.


Please note: For high-volume holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we do not guarantee that the normal delivery time slot options will be available. We provide a “whole day” delivery timeframe. We effort highly to ensure your delivery is on time.


Handling Time

All orders are made fresh daily or the day before to ensure we are providing you with the best and highest quality products.
